Creative Scrappers #104 &#105

So this month I was on a mission to do all 4 of the Creative Scrappers Sketches and I am stoked I have…here are my last to takes on the sketches #104 and #105 respectively…

Inspired Blueprints #48

Here is my take on the IB #48 …I have done a stamped background on this one and scrapped in a purple (which I never do) …but quite happy with how it has turned out…the sketch was very colour blocked so I had to pop my spin on it and I also flipped it a little.

Stuck! Sketches

This  month I have done both the sketches over on Stuck!…the first one is Beautiful

Here is my take on the second sketch …I have used the same paper range to a do a girl and a boy layout and am very happy with the results.

Sketch From Dollies

Here is my take on the Design Dollies Sketch from last week…wasn’t sure how I would go with it as it was heavily to the left but once I centred it up I was happy :)

Anna’s Sketch

I have always struggled to do the Anna’s sketches as they are designed by my sister Wendy and her scrapping style is so different to mine…she is always to the one side and large amounts of patterned paper and clusters of embellishment…where as i am centred and less paper and embellishment…but hey that is what makes life interesting …I gave it a go not me but still happy with it :) mind you I did centre it…lol

Scrapbook Therapy Theme Challenge

This month is the first time I have played over at Scrapbook Therapy …this layout is for the theme challenge which is to scrapbook what you do to relax or retreat… I pick Sunday lunch …even though they are few and far between I love them and they really do set  me up for a relaxing day :)

A2Z Sketch Challenge

So I had a go at the A2Z Scraplets Sketch this month..mine is a little different as I used  2 photos but the gist of it is there… and as a special treat for my girl (you know who you are) I had a go at patterned paper background…not me but oh so not bad me thinks :)

Design Dollies Colour Challenge

So I am a bit addicted to the challenges on the Design Dollies Blog…can’t believe I only just discovered it … here is my take on the colour challenge ….Black, Yellow, Turquoise… Also if you are popping by it has been rather quiet in the comments department of late …I am “needy” you know…lol

Savvy Sketch Challenge

I have not played over on Savvy for a while but I had to do this months Sketch Challenge it was very different from my style and a real challenge although I must admit i have well and truly “susaned’ it…lol

Kraft It Up

This months Kraft It Up challenge is now on the blog

You need to use KRAFT and you must create your OWN PAPER, whether it is your background paper (Kraft) or you opt to create some patterned paper to use on your page.
This must be created by stamping, misting, masking or painting and you can use any medium inks, glimmermist, texture paints, gel mediums, paints, crackle paints etc...

… here is my example… I made all the papers using stamping and misting. pop over and have a go:)

What Is Old Is New

This month I got to play with the May Girl Kit (pictured above) which is selling for $21.40 …not bad for all this yummy goodness… here is what I did with it. Very versatile…loved all the feminine bits of fabric, ribbons and flowers :) Go here to check out the other kits available …
